1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MonetaFide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Service Description

MonetaFide is a money transfer service that enables users to send funds from the United States to Nigeria. We are not a bank. All transfers are subject to availability, identity verification, and compliance checks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use MonetaFide. By using our service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Transfer Limits

Transfer limits apply based on your verification level. Unverified accounts may send up to $500 per transaction. Fully verified accounts may send up to $10,000 per transaction. Business limits are available upon request.

5. Fees

Our fees are displayed clearly before you confirm any transfer. By confirming a transfer, you agree to pay the displayed fee. Fees are non-refundable once a transfer has been processed.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a transfer within a few minutes of initiation if it has not yet been processed. Once processed, transfers cannot be cancelled. Refunds for failed transfers will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MonetaFide for money laundering, fraud, financing illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

MonetaFide and Teknewlogy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
