Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel a transfer within a few minutes of initiation, provided the transfer has not yet been processed or sent to the recipient. To cancel, contact our support team immediately at support@monetafide.com.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available if your transfer was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, if you were charged incorrectly, or if the transfer was cancelled within the cancellation window. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Transfers that have been successfully delivered to the recipient are non-refundable. Transfer fees are non-refundable once a transfer has been initiated. Refunds are not available for transfers cancelled after the cancellation window.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 3-10 business days.
5. Failed Transfers
If a transfer fails due to incorrect recipient details provided by you, we will attempt to recover the funds. If successful, a refund will be issued minus any recovery fees. If unsuccessful, we will work with you to resolve the situation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@monetafide.com with your transfer reference number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
7. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have not received a refund you are entitled to, please contact us at support@monetafide.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
